Winter Lost

Can anyone tell me what happened to winter?
We have allowed the anti-science climate deniers (well funded by big money: I'm looking at you Koch brothers!) to pull the emergency brake on the train of progress. Thanks to their, dare I say, willful stupidity, we have lost the opportunity to repair
and reverse the damage to nossa mãe and the seasons are broken. Likely forever. And what did we get in return? Anyone??
